Heritage Holiday is a nonprofit organization responsible for the planning and production of the Tree Lighting Ceremony, Parade of Lights and Starbright Village.

Incorporated in 1992 the Heritage Holiday board of directors is charged to grow and improve the City’s annual Christmas Traditions that were first started in 1990.

Heritage Holiday receives the majority of its funding from Hotel Motel Tax allocated by the Odessa City Council. Generous sponsors help Heritage Holiday provide more FREE events for all to enjoy. Visitors to Heritage Holiday events provide the greatest support with monetary donations that help keep the bright in Starbright Village!
