Every year McKinney Park is transformed into a Winter Wonderland full of Christmas scenes sure to put any Scrooge in the Christmas spirit. Twinkling lights and sparkling displays light the way for an amazing driving or walking tour of Starbright Village . Some of the scenes visitors will see include a Nativity, a Gingerbread House and a fountain of animated water made of lights. Some displays are as tall as 22 feet and span more than 200 feet, or almost the length of a football field. One of the most spectacular sights at Starbright Village is the City of Odessa Christmas Tree . Standing 50 feet tall with some 600 separate boughs and adorned with more than 3,500 lights the tree serves as a Christmas beacon for any traveler on Interstate 20.
Visitors to
Starbright Village will not only behold the sights, but also the sounds of the season. Musical entertainment is showcased each weekend until Christmas Day.

Families, couples and/or friends are encouraged to walk through
Starbright Village while sipping on Hot Chocolate and enjoying a truly amazing display of Christmas lights. Children can hand deliver their Christmas wish list to Santa himself.
